The Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences (FHSE) brings together expertise from the humanities, linguistics, cognitive sciences, social sciences, and educational sciences. Your RoleThe Department of Behavioural and Cognitive Sciences (DBCS) within FHSE is seeking a leading academic to join its team as Full Professor or Associate Professor (promotion track) in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. DBCS offers a highly successful and stimulating research environment as well as state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. Beyond the department, current developments in health research and education at the University offer attractive possibilities and opportunities for collaborations and synergies. The successful candidate is expected to lead research activities in clinical psychology and psychotherapy with a focus on the etiology and maintenance of mental disorders, as well as their prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. They are expected to cover teaching in clinical psychology and psychotherapy at all educational levels (Bachelor, Master, PhD) and to contribute to strategic developments within the Department, the University, and at national level in the area of mental health.
